The following notes provide an overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally.
We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator.

3. Your rights as a data subject
You have the right at any time:
- to obtain information about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- to request the rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- to request the erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
- to request the restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- to receive your data in a common, machine-readable format or have it transferred to a third party (Art. 20 GDPR),
- to withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR),
- to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
Right to object under Art. 21 GDPR
If data processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. We will then no longer process the personal data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to such processing; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is related to such direct marketing. Following your objection, your data will no longer be used for direct marketing purposes.
4. Hosting
This website is hosted by an external service provider: Netlify, Inc., USA (hereinafter "Netlify"). The personal data collected on this website is stored on Netlify's servers. This may include IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, and access times.
Netlify is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in providing our website as reliably and securely as possible. A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify. The transfer of data to the USA is safeguarded on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses and/or certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- host name of the accessing computer
- time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not merged with other data sources. It is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of its website.
5. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
6. Contact form
If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The data processed is the data you enter: name, company, email address, telephone number and your message.
This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) if this was requested.
The technical processing and delivery of form submissions is handled by the Netlify Forms service of our hosting provider Netlify, Inc. (see "Hosting"). A so-called honeypot field is used for spam protection; it does not collect any additional personal data.
The data you enter in the contact form will remain with us until you ask us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your enquiry has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
7. Cookies
This website does not use any cookies for analytics or advertising purposes that would require consent. A cookie is only stored on your device if you actively make use of the opt-out option described in section 9. This opt-out cookie serves solely to record your objection and is set on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
8. Google Fonts
This site uses so-called web fonts provided by Google for the uniform display of typefaces. When you call up a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into its browser cache in order to display text and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you use must connect to Google's servers. This means Google becomes aware that this website was accessed via your IP address. Google Fonts is used on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in the uniform presentation of typography on its website.

9. Use of SalesViewer® technology
This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator's legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.
In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.
The data stored by SalesViewer® will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and there are no legal obligations to retain them.
The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on https://www.salesviewer.com/opt-out in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. In this case, an opt-out cookie for this website is saved on your device. If you delete the cookies in the browser, you will need to click on this link again.
10. Storage period
Unless a more specific storage period is stated within this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a justified request for erasure or withdraw your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible grounds for storing your personal data (e.g. retention periods under tax or commercial law); in the latter case, the data will be deleted once these grounds no longer apply.
